At this time we do free shipping to Singapore only. Overseas orders do not qualify for free shipping.
All prices on our site are in USD dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
All overseas orders are shipped via TNT. Your item will arrive within 1 week after the order is placed, subjected to stock availability.
When ordering outside of Singapore, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Bespoke Living Pte Ltd has no control over these charges, nor can Bespoke Living Pte Ltd predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
As with local shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Bespoke Living Pte Ltd is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
We do not deliver to P.O boxes
Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received, subject to stock availability.
Returns will be provided for an item(s) in its original condition and purchased directly from us.
If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, the item can be exchanged only for the same item.
We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired. Live botanicals cannot be returned or exchanged.
Proof of Purchase for Eligible Items
Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for eligible items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase:

· Gift Receipt
· Original Packing Slip
· Gift Packing Slip
· Order Number
Limitations to exchanges and refunds
We do not currently exchange or allow refunds for products purchased in Bespoke Living's website. All furniture orders are custom made and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. No reimbursements will be made.
